No, we rent month to month and have no minimums on our lease agreements.

How do I sign up for a storage unit?
Stop into our office, or call and make an appointment, fill out a simple lease agreement and you are ready to store.

We require no security deposits.

No. We provide a disc lock when you rent with us.

How does the gate code access work?
